Children's Choir Sign Up Sheet

Parents, do you have children ages 3-12 who are interested in singing in the New Bethel Children's Choir?  Please sign up below.  We will be having a zoom call on Friday, August 23rd.

NOTE: If you have more than 1 child, please do a submission for each child.  Thank you!​​

Rehearsals will be held...

  • Saturday, August 24th from 1-2 PM

  • Saturday, September 7th from 1-2 PM
